| Every participant GERCOMM defines itself in one or more settlements. Variety Settlements provides for participants the opportunity to participate in the GERCOMM activities. Participation in Settlements, in discussions, polls, in proposing and implementing the ideas, projects is one of criteria influencing on “value estimation of the person”.
